Is the trial really free?
Yes. Fourteen days on Studio, no card, no call. When it ends the workspace goes read only until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged.
How is a seat counted?
A seat is a person who can open the workspace in a given month. Read-only viewers on Studio and Estate are free and uncounted.
What happens if we go over a limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is throttled. We tell you, and the overage appears on the next invoice at the same per-unit rate.
Can we pay annually?
Yes, and it takes two months off the per-seat price, about 17%. Annual agreements can be paid by invoice and bank transfer.
Can we cancel any time?
Monthly plans stop at the end of the current period, from a button in the workspace. No call, no retention script. Annual agreements run to their term.
Where is our data held, and who can reach it?
In eu-west (Amsterdam) or eu-central (Frankfurt), your choice. Ether holds a read-only role on your warehouse and keeps no second copy. SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, report on request.
